Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms carefully. They include an arbitration agreement and class-action waiver in Section 15 that affect how disputes are resolved.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Tank Worldwide ("Tank Worldwide", "we", "us" or "our"), which operates the Ready To Go Global brand, website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account, buying a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Our refund terms are in the Refunds section below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@readytogoglobal.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared.
3. What the Service is — and is not
Ready To Go Global creates personalized travel readiness and safety plans from the information you provide: emergency contacts, nearby hospitals and embassies, communication plans, checklists, a printable carry card, calendar reminders and related guidance.
The Service is planning information only. It is not an emergency response, evacuation, security, medical, legal, immigration, insurance or government service. We do not monitor your trip, track your location, or dispatch help. In an emergency, contact local emergency services, your embassy or consulate, and your insurer immediately.
Plans do not replace official government travel advisories (such as those from the U.S. Department of State), professional medical advice, or travel insurance.
4. AI-generated content and accuracy
Plans are prepared with the help of artificial intelligence and public information sources. Phone numbers, addresses, hours, entry requirements, carrier offerings and local conditions change frequently and may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for verifying all critical information before and during travel, especially emergency numbers, hospital locations and entry rules.
The quality of a plan depends on the accuracy of the details you enter. You agree to provide truthful, current information and to enter information about other travelers only with their permission (or as their parent or legal guardian).
5. Pricing, payments and plan types
- One-time plans (Essentials, Complete, Family) are single payments that cover one plan for one trip. They do not renew.
- Trip Pack is a single payment for three plans of any tier. Unused credits expire one year after purchase and have no cash value.
- Team bundles are a single payment for a fixed number of plan credits (5, 10, 25 or 50) shared through an invite code. Each traveler who redeems a credit creates their own account and completes their own questionnaire. Credits are non-transferable between organizations, may not be resold, expire one year after purchase, and have no cash value. The purchasing organizer can see which traveler redeemed a credit and the plan's destination, but never the contents of a traveler's plan.
- Annual Membership renews automatically each year at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; by paying you also agree to its terms. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We may change prices for future purchases at any time; changes never affect a purchase you have already completed, and we will notify members before a renewal price changes.
6. Refunds
Our commitment. If your plan has a material problem — for example it describes the wrong destination or leaves out sections included in your tier — contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will regenerate it or refund you.
Not refundable:
- changes to your travel plans after the plan was delivered;
- inaccuracies caused by incorrect or incomplete information you entered;
- Trip Pack or team bundle credits already used, or unused credits after they expire one year from purchase;
- the current year of an Annual Membership after 14 days — you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal, and access continues to the end of the paid year.
How to request. Email support@readytogoglobal.com with your order email, the plan destination and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Refunded plans may be removed from your account.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of the account while the dispute is resolved.
7. Plan access, expiry and downloads
Each plan remains available in your account for one year from creation. After that it is marked expired and downloads are disabled. Please download or print copies you want to keep. We are not responsible for loss of access caused by account deletion you request, violation of these Terms, or events outside our control.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit plans except as allowed below;
- share one purchase or membership across unrelated people or organizations;
- use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or to plan activities that endanger others;
- scrape, copy, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the Service or its security;
- enter false information, impersonate others, or upload another person's data without authorization.
Businesses may share plans with the employees and travelers named in the plan. Clinicians may share plans with their own patients and care teams.
9. Intellectual property and license
The Service, the Ready To Go Global name, logo, design, templates, text, sample plans and software are owned by Tank Worldwide or its licensors and protected by law. Once you pay, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, print and share your plan for its intended trip. The trip details you provide remain yours.
10. Feedback and testimonials
If you send us feedback, suggestions or a testimonial, you allow us to use it without payment. We only publish a testimonial with your name after you have agreed to it, and you may ask us to remove it at any time.
11. Third-party services and links
Plans may reference or link to third parties such as embassies, the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP), hospitals, mobile carriers, eSIM providers and insurers. We do not control, endorse or guarantee them, and your dealings with them are governed by their own terms. We receive no commission unless we clearly say so.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL PLANS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, TANK WORLDWIDE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE YOUR SAFETY, THAT ANY EMERGENCY WILL BE AVOIDED OR RESOLVED, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, TANK WORLDWIDE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, PROPERTY LOSS, TRAVEL DELAYS, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM TRAVEL EVENTS OR RELIANCE ON A PLAN. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Tank Worldwide from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or information you submitted about other people without authorization.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, email support@readytogoglobal.com describing the issue; we will try to resolve it within 30 days.
Arbitration. If not resolved, any dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in Florida or by video. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative actions. You may opt out of this arbitration section by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Any matter not subject to arbitration will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, commit fraud, or create risk or legal exposure for us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute resolution) survive termination.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. For material changes we will give reasonable notice on the site or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
18. General
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
